While many of the items that we sell are stocked in inventory, others are made to order, such as some of the apparel, or some of the artwork that is custom framed etc.
Here is a list of products and suggested last days for ordering with regular shipping prices.
Engineer Hats
Order in stock engineer hats by Noon Eastern Time December 20 for Priority Mail Delivery.
Videos
Order all in stock videos by Noon Eastern Time December 20 for Priority Mail Delivery.
Books
Orders need to be in by December 15.
Software
Orders need to be placed by December 15.
Bedding
Sleeping bags: In stock sleeping bags until Noon Eastern Time December 15.
All other bedding Noon Eastern Time November 24.
Apparel:
December 15 is the cutoff for standard shipping of all apparel. If you are ordering embroidered items, and the color you select is not available, we will contact you and let you know what colors are left in stock.
Collectibles:
Clocks: Order By December 15.
Mouse pads: Order By December 15
Calendars: Order By December 15.
Puzzles: Noon Eastern Time December 19.
All other items on the collectibles page: December 15
Posters: December 12
Signs: December 15
Mugs:
Noon Eastern Time December 15
Art

Wooden Trains:

Canada orders: Please order 1 week prior to the dates listed above.
All other countries, please allow an additional 2 weeks.
2nd Day and Overnight orders:
Please try to avoid waiting until the last minute. This is a family run business and we do our best, but the later you order, the better the chance your gift will miss holiday delivery.
If it is close to Christmas and you still want to order, please phone us at (800) 248-9670 and we will do our best to assist you and determine which items can make it for Christmas delivery and which ones can't.
Please note that some items ship from here in Indianapolis, but others, such as items that are custom made, often ship factory direct. While we are able to offer standard shipping for one low price no matter where the items are shipped from, if you want to order items for next day or second day delivery that have multiple origins, we will have to charge you the actual shipping cost for every location shipped from. Please plan ahead and don't spend more in shipping that your items cost!
Please note: We plan to leave for our own family holiday after the close of business on December 22. After that date, there will be NO express shipping until we return after January 1. During that time if you order, please allow for some delay in shipment, and allow our family and vendors to enjoy the holidays too.
